Notes:

   This interface has a sound modulator. It takes the MIC signal and mix it with VIDEO signal. The sound of spectrum can be headed in the TV.

   The design of this interface was the same as:
   interface Multijoystick MHT
   interface Multijoystick MHT with sound

   Interruptor K/C - Sinclair. In Sinclair mode, we have two joystick Sinclair ports. In K/C mode, we only have a Cursor or Kempston port.

   (*) In Spectrum +128K only works the joystick ports.
   (**) In Spectrum +2A/+3 only work the Kempston joystick mode.
