   This interface takes the data bus signals "V" and "U" and convert them into RGB + sync. It has been desing to conect a Spectrum to TV with SCART connector.

   It also provides +5 v to connect the SCART pin 16 (blanking) and +9 V to pin 8 (TV - AV)
