   interface Multijoystick MHT with sound

   Interruptor K/C - Sinclair. In Sinclair mode, we have two joystick Sinclair ports. In K/C mode, we only have a Cursor or Kempston port.

   (*) In Spectrum +2A/+3 only work the Kempston joystick port.
